Once we receive your booking inquiry, we will contact you within 24 business hours by email or phone. During email/phone communication, we’ll answer any questions you may have and discuss your travel preferences to make sure we are “on the right track” in tailoring your itinerary to suit your needs and interests. We work hard to find the best possible options for your time frame and budget requests.

When all details meet your approval, you’ll need to send us a itinerary confirmation. Read through all of the details for each day because once a booking has been confirmed, one amendment will be allowed without incurring any additional costs.

When all details meet your approval, you’ll need to send us a deposit. NZ$150.00 deposit is required within 14 days of confirmation of your tour arrangements to enable us to hold the reservation.

We offer flexibility in our payment plans. Final Payment will be required 45 days before arrival date in New Zealand. Bookings made within 45 days will require full payment at time of confirmation.

Two to three weeks prior to departure, you will receive your final documents via email. All travel documents are issued as electronic documents (PDF files). These include your final itinerary and supplier vouchers for your hotels, transfers, activities, day tours, car rentals, and any other details for your vacation package. Your final itinerary also includes Important Travel Tips to help you prepare for your trip.

Before traveling you will have the opportunity to review your travel documents with your Sales Representative. This will give you time to ask questions and become familiar with your final documents. They will also be able to give you expert first-hand knowledge on the destinations you’re traveling to as well as wonderful travel tips!
